How to fix Hik Connect Offline issue on your phone. All Hikvision cameras will use the Hik connect app to remotely view the CCTV cameras. If the recorder looses connection to the internet, the app will display an "offline" error message. Don't worry, the recorder will usually continue to record the footage, but you will not be able to view the cameras until it connected again. This video shows you what to check for to get the DVR or NVR back online.
