Recipes:

Nutra Organics bon broth - 1 tsp in hot water with lime & celtic salt

Pre-bike ride: Banana with cashew butter

Breakfast
3 eggs
Red onion
Sauerkraut (I use Bryne Co Sauerkraut With Garlic & Pepper - SO GOOD)
Rocket
Chilli flakes
Salt & Pepper
Paleo bread
Avocado

Lunch
Grass fed beef chuck casserole (i get this from Coles, you could use any beef for slow cooking, I used around 700g. I have also used a mini beef roast for this and just skipped the browning of the beef step and put the beef in before the veg)
1 brown onion
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp rosemary
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tsp chilli flakes (depends on your chilli flakes and love for spice)
salt & pepper
1 tsp San Elk beef stock
Splash of tamari (maybe 1 tbsp)
Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Nutra Organics bone broth
Choice of veggies, I did: Carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin and mushroom - absolutely loved this combo especially the pumpkin.
2 tsp tapioca flour

I browned the onion in the le creuset pot, added in the beef chuck casserole (diced) and browned and then added in 2 tbsp tomato paste and fried that up for a minute .
Removed from the heat and added in stock, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp oregano, salt & pepper, 1/2 cinnamon, 1/2 tbsp rosemary, splash of tamari, drizzle of olive oil, 2 tsp of bone broth. Covered with filtered water.
Added the pumpkin, sweet potato & carrot on top wherever it fit! Cooked in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 3 hours
Served the veg into bowls and then shredded the beef
Added in 2 tsp of tapioca and mixed that together to thicken it up a bit (see how thick the liquid is before adding tapioca, you might not need it)
Added the beef mixture to the bowl with the veg.

If you don’t have a ceramic dish, I’d probably just do it all in a pot first (onion through to mixing in all the spices etc) and then add it to a slow cooker before you add the veg in!
