Hioki DT4256 Multimeter - is it the Best Electrician's Multimeter?

This will be a review of the Hioki DT4256 multimeter, and I'll introduce the Hioki DT4282. The Hioki DT4256 multimeter is meant for electricians. This Hioki multimeter has a number of features that make it a great meter for electricians. I'll compare it to the Fluke 117 as it is a well known Electricians Multimeter.
