After spending the day making sure the car was ready for a track day at Castle Combe in 6 days time, I popped out for a quick shakedown and to get fuel. Sadly I didn't even make it as far as the garage before getting rear-ended by a taxi while I was giving way to a Police car on an emergency call.

I'm not sure what else to say at the moment. It's hugely frustrating of course; I'll not only be missing out on the track day but also most of the good driving weather for the rest of the year. But at the end of the day, it's just metal and plastic, and it can be fixed.
