If I had given this title a more literal translation, it would probably sound like something out of a metaphysics textbook indeed... A term often lost in translation, the word 天地 or literally "Heaven (and) Earth" is more akin to what comes to mind when we say "cosmos". Not an actual translation but it's kind of close. Followed by 緩緩, meaning a "gradual/unhurried" nature of a thing. The song thus depicts the vastness of Heaven and Earth ever moving, calm and unhurried. Regardless of our circumstances at a personal level, our insignificance would appear as nearly nothing in the eyes of nature's slow and unhurried passage.
