This was an old layout made by Ducknorriss, originally for a megacollab called "Old Dominion" featuring all creators who were from/living in the state of Virginia. After a couple months, that project died out with only one part ever finished (thanks Destriv).

I loved the song and the gameplay though, so I asked to repurpose it for a solo level and started working on it this past September. The level went on hold again while I finished Just Kidding, and then 2.2 came out before I could get back to it, so the second half of the level is made fully in 2.2.

Electric Touch was meant to be a more casual level, where I could just build whatever without the expectation of making it perfect or groundbreaking. I've found that it's infinitely more fun to build this way. Yes, the name was picked after most of the level was complete hence why there isn't much related theming. And yes the name is based on the similarly titled Taylor Swift song.
