We could not raise or lower our internal blind inside our ODL window blind. The lower magnet had some how disengaged from it's mate and was blocking movement of the slider. I can't imagine how it disengaged because they are very tightly bonded! I had to pry the magnet off the track with a knife, it was stuck very tightly just from magnetism. Very easy fix after I deduced the problem! We removed the blind assembly from the door, then I pryed the stuck magnet off the metal track and reattached it to it's mate. I then used gorilla glue to reattach the little felt piece that came off the side of the magnet holder. Works fine now!

UPDATE! I received an email from the ODL blind company thanking me for posting the video, AND they informed me the felt strip that came loose is actually supposed to be glued onto the magnet portion that attaches to the metal track, and slides up and down on the track. I disassembled/reassembled it as instructed and it makes a world of difference as to the smoothness of the operation of raising lowering the blind!

I guess whoever installed it initially assembled it incorrectly, or somehow the felt pieces slid around to the sides of both magnets. I didn't know any better, so I just put it back the way I saw the one that was still attached. 🙄 It's been several years since I fixed it and it's still gliding smoothly! 👍😁
