Crafting some jungle fences, we decide to build a proper pen for the cows with lots of grass patches! They deserve that much after we slaughtered many of their brethren for our enchantment table bookshelves! We still need more leather though! We notice some wild cows close by and bring them to the new pen with a lead!
After entering our world, we look out of the window to survey the land around us! We head downstairs to craft some jungle fences and a jungle fence gate. We go down to the farm area and harvest some crops! Looking around for flat areas, we find a good spot near our home!
Outside our house, we cast our fishing rod into the small pool of water! We make a hole in our basement to access our chests, but we do not find what we need! We are forced to go indoors to pick up a pair of shears. We return to the flat area to level the land!
Using our shears, we cut away some tall grass! We start placing down our fences to form an enclosure. We leave a space for the fence gate in the centre! Stepping back to look at the pen, it is not symmetrical so we bring the fence out by one block on the right!
When we are done, we build a small water trough and light up the area with torches! We still have some spare fences, so we decide to expand the enclosure with a little more space behind the acacia tree! We check the light levels again and place down more torches.
The sun is setting! We return home and take out some oak wood! Before we go to sleep, we craft some oak planks and place them over the crevice in front of our house to form a bridge. This will help prevent us from falling!
In the morning, we keep away our spare items! We head across our bridge and light up some dark spots near our farm! We harvest our crops and take out some wheat. Holding the wheat, we lure the cows to their new home! Then, we feed them the wheat!
We head down into the crevice to see if any cows have fallen into it! As we harvest some wheat, we do not see any lost cows around the farm, so we should have successfully brought all of the cows over! We start to cover up the temporary cow pen!
Taking out some spruce wood from the chests in our base, we craft them into planks! We also take out some dirt before going to the temporary pen. We fill it up with spruce planks before placing the dirt on top! Then, we check the light levels in the area!
Back at our farm, we harvest more beetroots, wheat, and melons! We feed the cows again but we decide not to slay any of them yet! We head to our bedroom to look at the new cow pen from the windows and from the roof! Returning to the pen, we slay six cows but only get three pieces of leather! Dang it.
As the sun sets, we try to catch some fish in the infinite water pool! We head upstairs to our bedroom to sleep. The next day, we clear our inventory and store away some items in the chests! We craft a few more torches.
Outside, we cast our line again and catch a cod! We head to the area behind our house to place down torches. Suddenly, we hear a cow's moos! We find it stuck on a slope, but a skeleton is hiding under a tree nearby! We slay the skeleton before rescuing the cow.
Tying a lead to the cow, we bring it to the new pen! We fish in the water source of the wheat farm while harvesting the crops. Still no enchanted books yet! Walking over to the cow pen, we notice another cow on the slopes of the nearby plains!
Using our lead, we bring this cow to the pen as well! While heading down to the river to fish, we see a third cow stuck on a ledge! We tie the lead to it and use it to help us get the cow to safety. Then, we bring it to the pen with the help of a crafting table to cross the fence!
Down at the river bank, the sugar canes are mostly fully grown! We harvest them while waiting for a bite on our hook! Mending our fishing rods by crafting them together, we head into the cave to harvest the sugar canes there as well!
Climbing up the slopes, we return to our base! At our farm, we harvest some crops again. We take out eight pieces of wheat and feed them to the cows! We slay one of them and get a piece of leather. The day is ending and we head home to sleep, placing down a torch along the way! Then, we end the episode!
