According to the medical experts, Demi’s time on Earth is much more limited than most people, especially now that she only has 1/3 of her right lung. When she was born, she was given 3 days to live. She’s had 13 open heart surgeries in 13 years and has her 14th coming up in December.

Music has the power to inspire us, strengthen us, connect us and transform us. It’s so powerful, that it even has physiological benefits when it comes to illness and recovery. Taylor Swift’s music did all of this for Demi.
