電飯煲海鮮飯

材料：
臘腸1條
急凍蝦仁2隻
急凍帆立貝（大）2隻
急凍帶子（細）6粒
急凍蜆肉15粒
蔥1條
毛豆適量
甘筍粒適量
粟米粒適量
白米2膠嘜

程序：
1. 臘腸，用大滾水淥一淥，去除污漬，清水洗乾淨。
2. 急凍海鮮，清水解凍。
3. 臘腸，切粒。
4. 蔥，洗乾淨，切粒。
5. 海鮮已解凍，擎乾水，放碗內，加入粗鹽半茶匙乸5分鐘，去除雪味、腥味，及加入少許鹹味。
6. 白米，洗乾淨，加入適量水分，加入：
a. 蠔油半湯匙
b. 老抽1／3湯匙
攪勻，加入臘腸，開始煮飯。
7. 急凍海鮮，清水沖洗乾淨，擎乾水，廚紙索乾，加入調味料：
a. 胡椒粉適量
b.雞粉適量
撈勻。
8. 飯已差不多煮熟，加入甘筍粒，毛豆及粟米粒，同時加入海鮮，繼續煮飯。
9. 飯已煮好，夾起海鮮，放碟上。
10. 在飯加入蔥粒，撈勻，以增加香味。
11. 盛好飯在大碟內，材料放上面。
12. 完成，可享用。

Seafood rice with rice cooker

Ingredients:
Chinese sausage 1 No.
Frozen shrimps 2 Nos.
Frozen scallops (large) 2 Nos.
Frozen scallops (small) 6 Nos.
Frozen clams 15 Nos.
Green onion 1 No.
Edamame appropriate amount
Carrot cubes appropriate amount
Sweet corn appropriate amount
Plain rice 2 plastic cups

Steps:
1. Chinese sausage, rinse in boiled-up water, to remove dirts. Rinse thoroughly.
2. Frozen seafood, defrost in tap water.
3. Chinese sausage, dice in cubes.
4. Green onion, rinse with tap water. Dice in cubes.
5. Seafood has been defrosted, drain, put in a bowl. Add in 0.5 tsp of cooking salt, season for 5 minutes, to remove unpleasant smells and add some salty tastes to it.
6. Plain rice, rinse with tap water, add in appropriate amount of water. Add in:
a. Oyster sauce 0.5 tbsp
b. Dark soya sauce 1/3 tbsp
Mix well. Add in Chinese sausage. Start cooking rice.
7. Frozen seafood, rinse thoroughly. Drain. Dry with kitchen towels. Add seasoning:
a. Pepper appropriate amount
b. Chicken powder appropriate amount
Mix well.
8. Rice has been almost cooked well, add in carrot, Edamame and corn cubes. Add in seafood at the same time, and continue cooking.
9. Rice has been cooked well, pick up the seafood, put on plate.
10. Add in green onion cubes on top of rice. Mix well to increase the flavour.
11. Put rice in big plate. Ingredients are to be put on top.
12. Complete. Serve.
