Agriculture in Hawaii! Gingerhill Farm Life.

Zach Introduces himself and gives us a brief tour of Gingerhill Farm and shows us the possibilities for agriculture in Hawaii. He starts with the orchard and moves into the Mandala Garden where he introduces his wife, Iris. They continue to harvest ingredients for Green Drink. They pass the chickens, give a snack to the pigs and head up to the kitchen past the timber bamboos and a turmeric patch. Iris makes Green Drink and toasts with Zach. Iris introduces a Day in the Life, a time-lapse sequence of an entire day at the farm. Meditation, Farming Yoga, Cooking, Lunch, Farming.
