Lamb stomach ( Karsha)
Lamb tongues
Lamb liver
Lamb kidneys
Heart
Lungs


Instructions

These are the procedures you use when preparing the lamb intestines for Kumonia stew


In a large saucepan, boil the water then add the karsha into the hot water, stir and turn off the heat. Leave for two minutes then remove the karsha from the hot water.

Using a small knife, scrape off the extra layer on the karshar until there's nothing left when you scrap it off with the knife. 

Wash and rinse the karsha with water untill clean.

Cut into pieces as desired.

Repeat the same process for preparing the tongue.

For cleaning the kidneys, liver and lungs, wash it first then remove the thin membrane carefully then slice it as desired.

 The heart is cut in half then cut as desired then wash with water.
