Honey Baked Brie

We all need a gooey cheese appetizer at the ready, and an easy one is even better! This is Ina Gartens recipe for honey baked brie and it is an easy gooey baked brie that is sure to please! We make this in my cooking classes when we are discussing simple entertaining ideas.

Place a small round of brie (or a quarter of a large round of brie) on an oven proof serving dish. Drizzle 3-4 T good honey on top of the brie and bake in a 350degree oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is warm and gooey.
OR Use 1/4 jar of Cinnamon Pecan Honey from Southern Farms Honey in place of the 3-4 T honey as a fun twist!
Serve with crackers and fruit ( I used water crackers and sliced pears and apples)
