Fast Batch Featured Recipe: S'mores Bliss Cookies

Let's make S'mores Bliss Cookies, the recipe featured on the back of My Better Batch Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix. This Chocolate Chunk cookie mix is loaded with premium, semi-sweet chocolate and makes the perfect base for our S'mores Bliss Cookies.

For this recipe you'll need:
1 Box My Better Batch Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
1 Large Egg
6 TBSP Unsalted Butter, Softened

"Additional Ingredients"
1/2 Cup Graham Crackers, Crushed (5 graham crackers)
8-10 Large Marshmallows, cut in half

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and let's get started!

To make this S'mores Bliss Cookie follow the preparation instructions for My Better Batch Chocolate Chunk Cookies.

In the base of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, add My Better Batch Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix + Egg + Unsalted Butter. Mix on medium-low speed and allow these ingredients to fully combine. Yes, it's really that simple! Keep in mind that sometimes it can take a bit for the ingredients to fully incorporate. It may seem like your dough will never form. Just be patient, the process could take 2-3 minutes.

You can use a hand mixer or mix by hand. If you're mixing by hand, just add your ingredients to a medium-size mixing bowl, stir to combine, and roll up your sleeves to hand-knead the dough.

Use a cookie scoop or spoon to sc0op about 2 TBSP dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Your dough will be about 1 1/2" in diameter and should be placed on the cookie sheet about 2 1/2" apart.

No s'more is complete without ooey gooey marshmallow, and this is where we fill our cookie with marshmallow. To do this, flatten the cookie dough in the palm of your hand and then place 1/2 of a large marshmallow in the middle. You will wrap the dough around the marshmallow making sure it is fully covered on the bottom, but leaving a small portion poking through the top. Baking with marshmallows can be tricky and I've found that this is the best way to prevent a sticky mess.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are set and your marshmallow looks toasty. Once your cookies are done baking, cool for about 5 minutes before removing them from the baking sheet.
