오늘(2024. 6. 28)부터 입주를 시작하는 서울 길동의 신축 아파트인 강동 헤리티지 자이 아파트 단지를 둘러 봅니다. 강동 헤리티지 자이 아파트는 서울시 강동구 길동 160번지 일원에 위치해 있으며 지하철 5호선 길동역에서 도로 10여분 거리에 위치하고 있습니다. 단지 앞에 신명초등학교와 신명중학교가 우치해 있으며 인근에 한영외고, 명일여고, 둔촌중고교, 강동고 등이 위치해 있습니다. 길동 신동아 1, 2차 주택 재건축 정비 사업의 일환으로 지어진 강동 헤리티지 자이 파트는 총 8개동의 1,299가구로 구성된 대단위 아파트 단지입니다.
