Toroid VIC Transformer Delivers Even Higher Voltage and Pulses During Off-Time Discovery

SR42:
This standard toroidal transformer (wired in reverse) delivers over 250V to the (custom) opposite-wound inductors. The custom-inductors are wound in opposite directions, aiding in the creation of Equal Opposite Polarity waveforms. These EOP waveforms are delivered to the 36 total cells, wired in series.

What's interesting here is that when additional windings are added to the positive end of the center-tap bifilar secondary windings (effectively providing more voltage on the positive end than the negative), Equal Opposite Polarity pulses are created during the PULSE OFF-TIME!

You can see indicated in yellow on the oscilloscope, the circuit's input PWM signal. Normally, EOP pulses are created during the timeframe where the input pulse is high (on-time / power on). BUT in this particular instance, the EOP pulses are created when the input-pulse is low (off-time / power off). This is a significant discovery because the addition of windings on the secondary's positive coil balances the voltages enough to provide synchronous Equal Opposite Polarity pulses. Voltage (and perhaps resistance) values are key to balancing the pulses delivered to the cells.

EOP pulses are key for the creation of HHO gas within the voltage zones (capacitors / cells) of the Water Fuel Cell. Using this method (as always) requires no electrolyte or additives to the water. Simply pure, unaltered tap water (or bottled drinking water) is utilized.

Wattage consumption on the input-site is still high (above Faraday), but amperage measured at the cells remain less than 1A (600mA to be exact). Given, these are measurements taken with basic multimeters.
