What is co-creation and how can such a workshop benefit my design process and my organisation?

What does co-creation mean? Co-creation collaborating with differnt stakeholders to guide a design process. Participants with different roles align and offer diverse insights and align on strategies and ways forward.
In the postgraduate Space and Service Design programme, we hone these skills. In 2023 we had a co-creation session with the Provice of Antwerp to look towards the future of walking in the province.

We invited people with different professions to have a brain storming with students and the Tourism Department of the Province of Antwerp on how to improve nodes and correlating services. We had many good ideas and selected some more innovative design ideas for the next stage in our work. Thanks to all the people who took time to come in co-creation session we can now move further into the design stage.
