DEAD DJI PHANTOM 3 BATTERY DIAGNOSTIC DETAILED PRESENTATION

The my Phantom 3 battery has a problem with the following:

My Phantom 3 battery has under 10 charging cycle (3 months old).

It was fine in my drone DJI Phantom 3 SE till today. Today I flew a normal cycle consumed the battery power to battery capacity 53% (Fly time 14:10, Travel distance 390m, Max altitude 319m, wind calm, air temperature 0-5C 32-41F).

End of the flight I regularly landed and powered off the drone and removed the battery.

I carried the battey to the flat. After 2-3 hours I started charging the battery. But battery not responsed any action. Not charging not power on not test press, nothing...

I let it on charger about a hour. Nothing...

I "googled" and descovered that is a frequent Phantom battery problem.

I removed the top cover of battery pack. I measured of the direct cells voltage. The voltages is right 14,78V, but the battery not working!

I desoldered the whole smart Battery Management System (BMS) from the cells.

After that, I direct charged the naked 4s battery to 15,2V with an IMAX B6 balance charger.

I resoldered the smart Battery Management System (BMS). Battery test press is OK. Batery power on and power off OK, but not charging and not power output on "power on" state!

At the start of charging, red LED ON and 4. green LED blinking 3 times and after the battery power off.

I "googled" and I found that is a thermo controller problem (over heated). I put the battery in the fridge (in a plastic bags!) And after about an hour connect the charger not self ON, but manual ON the battery ON, red LED ON and the four green led solid green, but not charging...

No any power output from battery :(
