I know these types of devices are called "hand-held", but I'm telling you it really depends on the shape and more importantly the size of your hand. Also why would you even have something like this, that does something like that? Did you really expect me to *not fill the room with dragon? I bet you planned this. The glowly fluff thing was just a distraction, wasn't it?
