Important:

3. Beat Sales: If you are posting a beat for sale you must split sales with sample owner -

4. Royalty-Split:

For all beats using samples or midis from this pack you will split royalties by 50%/50% (individual) or 33%/33%/33% (collaborative sample).

This includes releases with both indie and major artists, rappers, singers, recording artists, etc.

5. Clearance:

If you place a record with a Major Label using the sample(s) or midis in this kit, you agree to splitting the publishing, mechanicals, points & advance fees
with the samplemaker(s) (refer to sample used for crediting and splits)

Production (or Co-Production) must be credited to the samplemaker(s)
For all other sales, i.e. and indie artist, mixtape placement, etc., contact the samplemaker/owner.

Credit is required as (Prod. By YourNameHere & *Samplemaker(s)*). - as required or specified by sample used.
