Hello my name is Rudy Ramos and I ordered a new brand new Gpen connect directly from the website of Gpen.com. During the first hit and only hit I got literally stopped heating up in the middle of the hit as soon as I pressed the carb cap button it stopped heating up forever! I just want a new one sent to me if possible with confirmation that I’m getting it please !!
