Monarch Lathe Clutch Repair Part 1

I have been having a problem with the Monarch lathe clutch sticking for some time. I finally dive into trying to figure out what the issue is. In part one we'll disassemble the clutch to find what the issue is and what we need to do to correct it. My lathe is a 1942 Monarch model 16 CY.
