This is a Insignia tv model NS-39D310NA15. When you hit the power button the tv's standby indicator light blinks as it normal does, but when it stops blinking there is still no picture on the screen, but it may have sound.
This is a backlight issue and in this tv repair video I'm going to show you step by step how to disassemble the tv and replace the individual led's then reassemble the tv.
