He explains that Maha Tapas (great penance), which involves entering into sound through chanting and then into silence, ultimately residing in self-absorption, is the supreme form of practice. He offers a practical tip: every person should set an alarm for at least half an hour and reflect, "Why should I live?". This intense self-inquiry will lead them towards philosophy, reducing their obsession with businesses and jobs, and guiding them towards the truth.
He assures that regular recitation of the Bhagavad Gita and understanding its meanings will remove many doubts and instill courage. Sri Garikapati highlights that even a small effort in spiritual practice is never wasted. As Lord Krishna states in the Bhagavad Gita, such individuals will be reborn into a clean, righteous, and prosperous family ("suchinam shreematamgehi yogabhrashtobhijayate"), from where they can continue their spiritual journey. He stresses the divine guarantee: "Namo Bhakta Pranasya" – "My devotee never perishes," meaning efforts in spiritual practice are carried forward even across lifetimes. He encourages striving for liberation in this life, but reassures that if not achieved, the efforts made will contribute to continued progress in subsequent births.
