US-American track and field star Noah Lyles speaks about his struggles with his mental health. The Olympics in Tokyo 2020 were "no fun" for him, he says. The 2020 Olympic bronze medalist and 2022 world champion says: "I knew that I could get through it because I've been through harder times."
