Vertical Bike Storage Rack
The vertical bike storage rack has a rack element that holds the front wheel, storing the bicycle in the vertical position. It also has an enclosed loop that allows the front wheel and frame of the bicycle to be locked to the rack.

An element to lock the bicycle to the rack is a necessity of any bike storage rack.

The vertical bike storage rack is available in a galvanized or powder coat finish.

The racks can be purchased individually and would be mounted directly to walls.

Another mounting option for this bike rack is a strut mount. The strut or C channel would be mounted to the wall and the racks would then be attached to the channel. The benefit of this is that the racks can easily be repositioned, without having to drill more holes in the wall. This would be advantageous for those who may want to get a certain amount of racks now, but want the flexibility to add racks in the future.

This rack is also available as a freestanding unit. This is a great option for using vertical bike racks when can’t anchor into walls. Or you want to create bike storage in an open area without walls.

Wall Bike Storage Rack
The wall bike rack is another vertical storage solution from Madrax. This rack style differs from the vertical bike storage rack as it has a tray where the wheels of the bicycle will rest when stored. This keeps the wheels of bicycles from transferring rain, snow, dirt, mud and other debris that could mark up and damage walls.

The locking element on this rack is in a position where the rear wheel and frame of the bicycle would be secured to the locking loop.

This rack can also be ordered as an individual unit that would be wall-mounted. It is also available with a strut mount or in a freestanding configuration.

It’s finish options are galvanized or powder coat.

The item of note for this rack is that it comes with a standard hook for holding bicycles, as well as an option for a wider hook to hold bicycles with fat tires.

Z Rack
The lowest profile vertical bike rack from Madrax is the Z Rack. Each unit consists of a bike hook for holding the bicycle wheel, a plate for mounting to the wall, an element to keep the wheel from spinning and an optional locking cable.

The Z Rack is a simple design with a ton of functionality and is available in powder coat grey with a black cushion coating on the hook.
