In this week’s video, “Anger and the grief experience” I discuss the different struggles that come with accepting the loss of a loved one.

Anger during the grief experience, can be used as a coping style to gain some control during a time where one’s world may feel shattered and also during a time where we feel our most vulnerable.

Anger at times can be easier to feel than sadness. Death brings up more questions than answers and this can lead people to feeling betrayed by life, by God, and even by their loved one for leaving.

Remember to not judge people for the way they express their grief. Keep in mind that they are doing the best they can to make sense of a devastating event. I thank every single one you for continuing to support me throughout my journey.
