Hi today we are going to learn how to remove hyperlinks from a large word document (A word Document with many pages & hyperlinks)
For This using one by one method is very time consuming so let’s try same with short cut method for this I use a copied text from Wikipedia
As you see it contains 58 pages with hyperlinks
First we have to select all the content of document
For that use
CTRL+A
Key combination
After selecting all the content we use following Key combination
“CTRL+SHIFT+F9”
So
Now we roved all hyperlinks but
Texts are underlined & In Blue color
For that we have to do followings
Select All using
“CTRL + A”
Then Click Underlined button then all the content underlined and again click underlined to remove underlines
Then we have to change font colors for that we may use automatic color in fonts color tab
Now it is done
