For the third year in a row, Michigan's game-winning score came in the final 30 seconds, as Denard Robinson hit Roy Roundtree for a 16-yard TD with two seconds remaining to cap a comeback where they outscored Notre Dame 28-7 in the fourth quarter. Denard Robinson threw for 338 yards and 4 touchdowns (Junior Hemingway (43 yards), Jeremy Gallon (14), Vincent Smith (21), and Roy Roundtree (16))on only 11 completions and added another 108 yards on the ground and a TD on a fumble recovery. Michigan also got interceptions from Jordan Kovacs and J.T. Floyd and three fumble recoveries to win the turnover battle 5-3.
