This video demonstrates the full operation of a state-of-the-art EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) Modification and Pelletizing Production Line. This integrated system is designed for high-performance plastic compounding, delivering efficiency, consistency, and high-quality output.

Core Process Flow & Equipment Highlights:

Pressure Kneader (Intensive Mixer):
The "heart" of the line. It provides powerful shearing and kneading action to ensure fillers, masterbatch, and other additives are fully and uniformly dispersed into the EVA base.
The sealed, pressurized design prevents contamination and enhances mixing efficiency.

Twin-Cone Feed Screw:
Continuously and steadily transfers the hot, viscous material from the kneader to the next stage.
Its unique conical design pre-compacts the material and helps with devolatilization, preventing bridging and ensuring a consistent feed.

Calendering Unit:
Rolls the irregular mass of material into a uniform, dense sheet.
This step further disperses the mixture and removes air bubbles, creating a consistent profile for the final pelletizing stage.

Single-Screw Underwater Pelletizing System:
The sheet is melted, homogenized by the single screw, and extruded through a die plate. The strands are immediately cut by a rotating cutter head inside a water chamber.
Key Advantages: Produces perfectly round, uniform pellets with no dust or tails. Underwater cooling prevents oxidation and sticking, ensuring high throughput and superior pellet quality.
