Ingredients

1. Beans
2. Plantain
3. Gari
4. Palm Oil (Zomi)
5. Vegetable oil
6. Salt


Step 1
Wash beans and soak in water for 10 to 15 mins

Step 2
Add about 2 cups of water and cook over medium heat until beans is soft. From time to time check the texture of the beans and add more water if needed

Step 3
Once beans is soft enough, add a teaspoon of salt to taste

Step 4
Slice ripe plantain and fry in heated vegetable oil until golden brown

Step 5
Heat palm oil(zomi) in a separate pot and serve on the side with your fried plantain and gari
