Bell peppers are rich in antioxidants, which are associated with better health and protection against conditions like heart disease and cancer.

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon fresh ginger paste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
¼ cup green onions, diced
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small red onion
6 small sweet peppers (any color combination works, I used red, orange & yellow)
14 ounces raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Toasted sesame seeds
