La Spinetta is among the finest producers in Piedmont and is recognized worldwide for its amazing Barbaresco, Barolo, and Barbera wines. We stopped by Piedmont to visit Giorgio Rivetti and learn more about his passionate approach to the art of winemaking.

La Spinetta was founded at the beginning of the 1960s by Giuseppe Rivetti, nicknamed ‘Pin,’ and his wife, Lidia. Today, La Spinetta is still in the hands of the Rivetti family, with Pin and Lidia's children, Giovanna, Carlo, Bruno, and Giorgio, at the helm.
