Kohat Police's Grand Search and Strike Operation: Strong Action Against Terrorists and Wanted Criminals

In line with the vision of IG Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Zulfiqar Hamid and the directives of RPO Kohat Irfan Tariq, Kohat Police has intensified its Grand Search and Strike Operations across the district. The goal of these operations is to take decisive and effective action against terrorists, recorded wanted criminals, and their facilitators.

Under the direct supervision of DPO Kohat Shahbaz Ilahi, large-scale search operations were conducted in the remote and mountainous areas of the Lachi Police Station. These long and targeted search operations, which began early Tuesday morning, resulted in the destruction of several terrorist and criminal hideouts, and the arrest of numerous suspects, including facilitators.

The operation saw full participation from SP Saddar Sanober Khan, SP CTD Sadaat Khan, DSB, CTD, Elite Force, Bomb Disposal Squad, and Lady Police. During the operation, thorough checks of sensitive locations and searches of houses and suspected hideouts were carried out to prevent any potential threats to law and order.
