Just to explain a little here, I was getting a service now message and I was going to reset that which I did on the vid, but after servicing the car I got another message suggesting the oil level was low so checked the dipstick and found the oil to be correct.
Eventually gave the car a little run and once it got to temperature the message no longer came when switching off the car and back on.
So am guessing the ECU needs to calculate the oil but it needs to be at running temperature.
