This week I made 42 meals for $14! Here’s my meal plan & recipes:

Easy bread recipe:
-3 cups flour
-1 1/2 cup warm water
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp yeast
*Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover with a tea towel and let rest of your counter 8-12 hours
*Bake at 400 for 30 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered
*While preheating your oven pop your bread pan in to heat

***For the tortillas make the following substitutions:
-1 cup warm water
-1 tsp yeast
**Dough will be dry, mix it and let it sit
*I rolled out 21 balls into tortillas, cooked in a skillet on med/high heat with about a tbl of water steam cooked them than cooked them on my stove top on the open flame for about 1 minute each side. If you don't have a flame to cook over, line a baking sheet with the tortillas, pop them in the oven at 400 on the top rack and bakke 2-4 minutes

Breakfast tacos (14 servings)
*Homemade tortillas
-baked potatoes
-black beans
-zuchinni

Fettuccine w/ red sauce (5 servings)
**Red sauce:
24 oz water
3/4 can tomato paste
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp italian seasoning
bring to a boil, turn down heat and let simmer
**I used this sauce to my noodles and my lentil sloppy joe's

Lentil sloppy Joe’s (8 servings)
-lentils
-homemade bread
-homemade red sauce

Lentil tacos (8 servings)
-homemade tortillas
-lentils

Taco soup (8 servings)
-zucchini
-tomato paste (1/2 can)
-1 can corn
-3 cups black beans
-16 oz pasta
*Add everything but your pasta to a pot with 6 cups of water. Once soup starts to boil, add pasta and cook for another 7-8 minutes or until pasta is done

Lentil or taco soup stuffed potatoes (*not shown, but I had extra potatoes and extra soup & lentils!) (5 servings)

-1 lb black beans
-1 lb lentils
-2 12oz can tomato paste
-1 can corn
-5lb yukon potatoes
-3 packets yeast
-5lb all purpose flour
--6lbs zucchini
-2 16oz pasta
