I'M SO HAPPY I DID THIS FINALLY
okay, so,
First off, I can finally talk to people again! I couldn't talk to anyone, because I'd have ended up spoiling the fact that I was working on this, and I wanted it to be a "surprise"
Besides the odd small glimpses on Instagram, no one is aware I started this nor finished it
BUT WHY
RIGHT?
okay this one has a story.

The original version of this meme I made was made back in.. 2021? I think, but the video has since than been lost, I've wanted to "remake" the video for AGES now and it haunts me when I listen to this song.
BUT.
I wanted to at least keep to the feel of the first version, which in fact, was completed in one day and one sitting spontaneously. I told no one, I showed no one, and kept it a secret. See the resemblance?
OF COURSE I had to do the same with this one, and so, thas what I've been doing.
Although, the only thing I kept from the original was the scene with the ray and the necklace.
It was still my ray persona under water n all, but it took place somewhere tropical n with this one I wanted it to be more.. Personal. The land scenes than, we're drawn from a place close to home and with my own pictures as references. GranTeD, the sea creatures shown don't live where I do.. Shhh no ones looking into it THAT much

BUT I'M BEYOND PROUD OF THIS ONE
I finally made a meme with both personal meaning AND I'm proud of it. It's a good day 💕
