Honda Civic One-Person Clutch Fluid Flush

Bleeding the clutch on a 2013 Honda Civic. I was unable to find Honda's recommended interval for flushing the clutch fluid, so I just do it every 3 years along with the brake fluid. Bleeding the clutch usually takes 2 people, one to loosen and tighten the bleeder screw and one person to work the clutch pedal.
