My FIRST ever Military Tent with one MASSIVE OVERSIGHT - Free Soldier Ranger Solo 1st Impression

My 1st ever Civilian Military Tent. I always wondered why you would buy a Military Tent. The Free Soldier Ranger Solo tent is a very robust piece of kit for camping. Made with some very good durable materials. But would I trust bringing this to the mountains for a Wild Camp? What I can see is there is one big oversight and I really don't know how this passed testing and how the designer left this happen. It doesn't make sense to me why this feature is missing from this tent.
