Thousands of students marched in line before proud family and friends today, beginning the transition from college as graduates of Cal State Fullerton.

They sat under sunny skies to hear encouraging words from CSUF President Mildred García and others — university administrators, their teachers and, in many cases, fellow scholars and alumni — as part of the traditional commencement ceremonies.
