It is sometimes observed that when we study something for a second time, we achieve a greater understanding of that topic. When we read an article, we may have a good understanding of its content, but when we reflect on the article, we will get a deeper understanding.
Reflection is an activity it takes place when we think back to an experience, or a learning event and the reflection gives us a deeper understanding of the earlier exposure to the event or the article or the earlier experience.
For this reason, we often encounter the term reflective reasoning, or just reflection, when we study topics in business studies. However, it is a life skill, the ability to think back two earlier events and thereby get her greater understanding of their significance.
