Road to ADCC Ep. 3 is here!! 😽 Cranking these out to y’all a little faster than planned because the progress has been spicy and I love sharing it with you (including some nice wrestling, mount, and half guard passing details!!). Plus, my videographer Michelle is crazy quick with the editing. 🥲🥰 We switch locations in this episode to my family’s first ever Gracie Barra school in Corona, California. We had actually just finished an instructor training and leadership workshop, so most of our coaches were on the mats with us, too. The best vibes and energy, and the best team.
