If want to develop Arduino based SCADA you have to properly configure Arduino OPC Server and you have to test it whether it will work or not. dOPC Explorer is a such type of diagnostic and opc test tool which browses arduino opc servers running on the pc, browses opc tags published by this server. You can also watch values of this tags using this test tool.
