A video about cleaning mesh shoes at home using an effective technique involving the application of laundry detergent, water, toothbrush and hydrogen peroxide.
The dirt easily comes off and if the stains are extra tough then hydrogen peroxide is preferred over soapy water. However make sure that you use hydrogen peroxide only for whites as it is a powerful bleaching and whitening agent. It is widely used to whiten old and faded surfaces. Also I would recommend that you use gloves while doing this procedure. The sneakers shown in this video are a pair of Reebok Yourflex Train and are quite an awesome pair of shoes especially for track and gym training.
