My chicken Francaise dish is elevated in appearance and rich in flavor, but it’s easy to cook and ready in less than 30 minutes! These chicken cutlets are lightly pan fried and simmered in a lemon-butter and white wine sauce!

YOU’LL NEED:
-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
-1 teaspoon kosher salt
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
-2 large eggs
-2 tablespoons water
-2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
-4 tablespoons unsalted butter
-1 lemon
-1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
-1/2 cup dry white wine
-1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
