this workout is perfect for anyone who is brand new to exercise (or it's been a long time.) I designed this slow weighted workout to help ease you back into exercise.

If you have not worked out in over 6 months you should start here. This gentle program takes 4 weeks to complete. You should do this workout at least twice a week but three times a week is better.

Each week you will work out a little bit longer than the week before. During your first week, you’ll do one set of each exercise. During the second and third week, you will do 2 sets of each exercise. During the fourth week, you will do 3 sets of each exercise.
