Pac&Pal is a 1983 arcade game by Namco. It was only released in Japan, so it is not known very well in the U.S. Your goal is similar to Super Pac-Man, in the fact that you eat keys to boxes to unlock doors containing items that you must eat. However, you have a green friend who helps you beat a stage by taking these items and putting them in the ghost box. Instead of power pellets, you turn into a blue Pac-Man if you eat a certain item for each level. You get to stun enemies by shooting them with stuff from your mouth. I personally do not like the green "Pal" because it stops you from getting a perfect game, which offers a big bonus each round. This version is pretty accurate to the arcade game, except for the sounds. They are a half-step higher than the arcade and sound a bit too exciting compared to the arcade. The controller sucks, but it isn't too bad for this game.
