Here's a combo video for Sceptile in the newly released Pokken Tournament.

Sceptile's combo game is pretty tricky to figure out at a glance, but he has a lot of tools at his disposal. He has a good set-up game and his Field Phase abilities outclass the majority of the cast (in terms of combo potential, at least). His counter is also really good. :)
