How awesome is this? A 1950s battery operated toy that can really blow up a balloon!!! Better yet how about TWO. Here we have another great example of mechanical engineering re-use as these share many internal parts and motions and all it takes is some minor engineering design changes, a change of clothes and different packaging to give us two very distinct toys. Actions: Raises Balloon to mouth, Stomps feet while blowing up balloon, makes a "voice" sound and eyes light up.

Special Note: While the balloon only slightly fills up in this video short this toy will continue to blow the balloon larger and larger (almost to bursting point). It is fairly rare to find these "air pump" toys to still have working pumps as the bellows are made out of paper and time does take its toll.
