My experience with SIBO and bloating

I made this video to help you get to know me better and share my story.

This was my wellness journey with Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), a condition most people have never heard of. It occurs when too many good bacteria end up in the small intestines and cause a variety of symptoms, including bloating, gas, abdominal discomfort, constipation, diarrhea, and others. BLOATING (1) and gas (2) were the two worst symptoms for me. Although I was very committed to eating clean and working out, being bloated every day was incredibly frustrating and made me look worse with my shirt off. I also wanted to share how resolving it has changed my life, made me a believer in functional medicine, and led me to want to help those like me who are tired of dealing with bloating, gas, and similar symptoms. I’m aware that my SIBO symptoms are insignificant compared to some horrible diseases/conditions that many people are impacted by. But even if a person’s condition isn’t severe, or lacks an official diagnosis, that person may feel much better and live way harder if it was resolved.
